Central Station Marketing CMS has a build in lead management system. We assign dedicated phone numbers for your online marketing campaigns to understand which source is working. All calls are recorded and reported in our lead management system. All web form submissions are also reported within the system. Below is a screen shot of the lead management screen:
The system will highlight any leads that are duplicate, calls too short or spam. These leads are not considered as valid leads. You can hit the play button to listen to each recorded call. This is a great training tool for your call center staff.
