Employee Referral Program


Employee referrals are a good source of qualified applicants; therefore Central Station Marketing LLC will pay a monetary incentive to existing employees for referring qualified external candidates for various position openings. All jobs posted on the bulletin board or the website or learned of through a source at the company are eligible under the program. If the candidate is hired for a full-time position, and if he/she satisfactorily completes a 90 day probationary period of employment with the company, you will be awarded a $250 referral bonus for each qualified applicant referred.


  1. To submit an employee referral, send us a copy of the prospective candidate's resume, or an application, or both, to the Human Resources Department. You may have the candidate submit his resume/application directly to the Human Resources, in which case he/she (the candidate) should clearly indicate your name as the referring person.
  2. In no case will the bonus be paid to more than one person
  3. Referral awards will only be issued for successful referral of external candidates. This program is not applicable to rehires, except where the employee is rehired for full-time employment three or more years after his/her termination.
  4. The company will not pay a referral bonus for an applicant who worked for Central Station Marketing LLC through a temporary agency or on a contract or part time basis, or for any employee who is changing his/her status.
  5. In order to be eligible for a referral bonus, the employee making the referral must be actively employed at the time the referred candidate completes his/her probation period.
  6. All referral bonuses are subject to applicable federal, state and local withholding.

Refer Central Station Marketing and Earn $500

CSM will pay $200 as soon as your client signs up for our web services. $100 per month for next 3 months as long as the client decides to stay with us.
