There comes a time where, as a company, we think “how can we take the business to the next level and in the right direction of growth?” Central Station Marketing took a step towards that direction in March 2023 with the help of David Ohrvall and Rae Anne Payleitner from Generational Consulting Group. On March 20, 2023 a few Central Station Marketing team members; Jonathan Preston, Bralynn Bell, Jarrod Amyx, Ruka Mirza, flew out to Dallas TX to meet the rest of the team; Evan Islam and Kimilee Gould. The 6 of us met with Generational Consulting Group the mornings of March 21st to March 23rd at their headquarters and hit the ground running with a whole day session each of those days.
Overall, we took a step back and analyzed Central Station Marketing's current situation, environment, competitors and opportunities. From that we were able to come up with a Strategic Growth Plan that will hopefully allow us to grow to new heights. We were able to put into words our strategy as a company, identify our goals and come up with a list of actionable tasks that will allow us to keep ourselves accountable.
Central Station Marketings Strategy
Grow to $2.5M & 10% EBITDA by 2024, by building SEO websites that generate increased leads while providing high-touch, continuous support with our easily operated, versatile tools to home service companies with 3+ years of experience, $1M+ in revenue, local off-line marketing and high SEO awareness.
Throughout the sessions with Generational Consulting we were also able to get to know each other better as a group. Because we mostly work remotely we hadn’t really gotten the chance to know each other prior to the meetings; which is why, the 3 days working with Generational were also an effective team building experience as well.
