Amy Guard utilizes her vast experience in marketing and dealer support to assist her clients in increasing valuable unique content onto their websites in the form of local jobs, before & after photos and five-star reviews. She has over 15 years of marketing experience in the home service industries. Prior to her Marketing Director position at Central Station Marketing Technology, Amy was the Marketing Manager for the Basement Systems International Dealer Network and the Marketing Manager for the local CT Basement Systems dealership, utilizing a 1.6 million dollar annual marketing budget. Her responsibilities included the management of online & offline marketing strategies, lead generation & management, dealer support & training, the creation of the advertising & sales support materials, and managing over 85 shows & events a year. Amy has been active in the local community by standing as one of the original board members of the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce's Young Emerging Professionals group. She volunteered for the local United Way & Community Volunteer Council, Toys for Tots toy drives and local food drives. Amy was also a volunteer teacher with Junior Achievement, teaching first graders about the impact their education will make later in their lives. Amy grew up in Connecticut and relocated to Texas in 2015. Balancing a busy life with a toddler, she enjoys spending time on the lakes of Texas and exploring her new state.

Jarrod Amyx is our Full Stack Developer at Central Station Marketing has been named Employee if the Month for July 2023. Jarrod started as a fresh entry level developer more than 2 years ago and took on every task with no hesitation and a can do attitude to improve his skill level. When he had the opportunity to participate in the Central Station Marketing Strategic Growth Partnership meetings; Jarrod not only flew in and actively contributed to the meetings, but he did this during mid-terms for his Bachelors degree he is pursuing.

Jarrod has stepped up on numerous occasions to tackle difficult projects. The latest, and probably most challenging, is the 80/20 report we needed to complete many tasks of the Strategic Growth Plan. This has allowed us to move from qualitative data to qualitative data and get a more accurate view of how we should move forward as a company on client acquisition and maintenance.

He has gone above and beyond our expectations with his dedication in his time with us. He has proved invaluable as a member of the CSM team!
