Evan Islam and Dan Fitzgerald led a meeting with the divisions of the "Dalworth companies" in a spirited and motivating talk on how all the company entities are part of the same team. Aspects of one of the companies can impact aspects to one, or more, of the other companies. The companies are all interrelated; they are integrated. A phone call could come into one of the companies but be more applicable to another company; an employee who quickly re-directs that call to the right party can greatly impact business. Communication is key. Core values lead to great employees which leads to great service and great customers. The Dalworth brands are diverse, yet they are all committed to the unified message of providing the best products and services to their customers.
