We have a complete website development process with proper planning, necessary steps, and time management. A typical website takes us about 6 to 8 weeks to develop.

Week 1: Onboarding Call

Our clock starts with an onboarding meeting with the client's account manager, where we plan and acquire information to develop an SEO-friendly website. We will have a master file for your domain where we will document design layouts, content mapping, SEO strategies and lead delivery details. 

• Design layout: We will show some of our layouts or templates for clients to choose from, which helps to develop the site faster and customize the website with their branding in mind.
• Content mapping: We have already done the research on what content the website will need based on keyword research and an SEO audit done prior to this onboarding meeting. We will now confirm, prioritize and get approval on which content to write.
• SEO strategies: We will layout the home page and site content according to our Silo structure, as well as the main service areas to optimize for.
• Lead delivery details: Since we have all the necessary information and updates from the clients, we will create a test site before the site goes live. 

Week 2: Site Design and Layout Complete

• When our test site is ready, we will check the whole site with the help of our experts, from layout to response of contents, linking, site performance, images, and other additional things.
• Then we will sit down with our clients to show them the test site and run or demonstrate the whole site for their further opinions. 
• When clients finish their review, they will provide a briefing about our website development process. Based on their review and opinions, we will fix and change everything to fulfill their requirements. 

Week 3 - 4: Content Optimization

• To develop a site properly, content is a must. Without content optimization, site development can't be complete. That's why our experts and knowledgeable writers will start writing after onboarding the site (week 1).
• Within weeks 3–4, our writers will finish all the necessary content based on the master file. Which will be provided by the clients at the time of onboarding.
• Then all the contents will be sent to our front-end and graphics teams to finish their job by providing proper images and CSS to the content. 

Week 4 - 5: Review Test Site with Client

• After finishing the front-end and graphics teams job, our review specialist will review all the content and make all the necessary corrections and changes. Their review will help the site be more organized. 
• Then we will review the whole test site with clients before the site goes live. If they say everything is alright and no changes need to be made, we will go further with the site-live process. 

Week 6 - 8: Go Live

• Now the real work begins here. In this stage, the team at Central Station Marketing will do the final check or QC of the entire site to optimize it properly.
• After all checks and fixing, we will show the site to clients, and with their permission, we will live on the site. Then our SEO team will do backlinking and check your site's Google search console and analytics for better performance. 
• We keep developing content and establishing links to increase the functionality of your website even more.
